Both were already actively investing in real estate and recognized that their complementary backgrounds and experience could create a strong partnership. Silver King Capital began by acquiring smaller residential and multifamily properties before expanding into larger commercial multifamily investments. Since its founding, SKC has participated in more than $25 million of real estate transactions representing more than 250 units. Today, Silver King Capital owns and operates more than 160 units with a portfolio exceeding $13 million in estimated asset value.
Chris earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Management before beginning his career with a Fortune 500 company. During his corporate career, Chris advanced into leadership and gained experience across multiple areas of business, including marketing, sales, project management, operations, and team development. He ultimately held responsibility for successfully leading teams of more than 100 associates. While building his corporate career, Chris remained active in real estate investing. In 2018, he transitioned his focus toward building Silver King Capital alongside Sean. Today, Chris focuses on acquisitions, capital relationships, strategic growth, asset management, and the overall operations of Silver King Capital and its affiliated real estate businesses.
Sean began investing in real estate in 2014. After generating a 150% return on his first fix-and-flip investment, Sean transitioned his focus toward long-term real estate ownership. He went on to complete multiple BRRRR investments — Buy, Renovate, Rent, Refinance, Repeat — while building his own portfolio of multifamily rental properties. In 2018, Sean partnered with Chris to form Silver King Capital and pursue larger value-add multifamily opportunities throughout Central Florida. Today, Sean focuses on acquisitions, underwriting, financing, and the execution of Silver King Capital’s investment strategy.
